Afternoon all,
I´ve recently been lured to Holland to live and would like to get some sailing in here both fun and possibly for work. knowing wot a knowledgable bunch you all are could anybody tell me if RYA Yotmaster is accepted here? If not what is the equivalent. Also anybody know of a friendly club in the north where a none boat owning member would be welcome?

You don't need any qualifications to sail in Netherlands, provided your boat length is less than 15 metres and not capable of unholy speeds.

Don't know many clubs in the north, plenty around the Haringvliet.

Checck the web-site of the AMNWB, the dutch tourist organisation. They also publish a nautical magazine, "Water-kampioen", but its in dutch.
