I will now attempt to post my first image on the forum. It is a picture of my seventh boat.

MinnieLW.jpg

My boat owning career seems to be forming a bell curve, albeit a slightly distorted one: My first was 26' (South Africa), then 27'(USA), then Adriana my beloved 32' Pearson Vanguard (USA), then the hated Jeaneau 32 (UK & USA), then on to the wonderful Butterfly at 41' the biggest (USA), down the other side of the curve to my 32' Grand Banks (a dabble on the dark side, USA), and now Minnie, an American-built Com-Pac 19 presently on her new mooring on Lake Windermere.
If, after all that, the image does not appear I will feel a prat!

Really evocative image and a very pretty looking boat.

We will be watching out for a joint sail past with Lakesailor and then we can really bust the Ferry Nab web cam.

Lovely looking boat - I wish you many happy times (I often wonder if I did the right thing trading up from a 21ft van de Stadt to a 42ft AWB...)
