I am by no means a poet or writer so god knows how I came about to do this but somehow I did. I was sitting in bed one morning at anchor and the light danced around me. I felt that it was too easy to become used to this amazing thing that only a sailor can appreciate. So I started filming a few clips and then decided to add some words to it. I think we all need to take time to appreciate the shadows and light which dances around us on a boat, particularly at anchor.

Very enjoyable, thank you. I have something of an aversion to poets reading their own work but you haven't yet acquired a poet's voice fortunately (they always seem to be trying to make it ever so solemn). The pictures work well but I think think you can slow down your speech even more, though I am no diction expert, just someone who doesn't always hear very well.
