Brilliant weekend, beer, boats and loads of bonhomie. Try loading the last outing thread in flat mode, it'll just go to the latest posts then.

Yes very much a fun weekend. The only down side was the weather. Quite bumpy when we all went for a trip on Saturday. Things were a bit calmer on Sunday, so a group of us went for a blast out towards Studland on Blue Angel, Cols boat. Trip had to be cut short a bit when one young member of the crew starting feeling sick. Thanks Col.

Wish I could have been there for that, but alas, didn't get back to the mooring until 1.30-2.00'ish in the morning. had to pull the boat out early for the trip back home.
Could be a danger of these little meetings becoming a regular thing! There's three boats at least that frequent Poole on a regular basis. There must be more on the forum based in Poole. A few raggies at least, it would make a nice mix.

raggies.. hmmm there's a thought, arn't they the ones that heel over most of the time?

or is that just hearsay?? /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

i'm not coming next time 'less iv'e got my boat!!

Have to say that the raggies on Sunday morning, with 1 exception, were extremely well behaved and a few even waved............./forums/images/icons/wink.gif

h002 want's to know if Bluto's hangover has cured yet, if not she has the perfick remedy.

cheers mate, yes the hangovers gone now (never drinking again...blah...blah)

great to meet you all, could'nt join you on sunday, even if my head would allowed it! had to ba at a family party for 14:00. but understand you had a good time.

still think iv'e chosen the right sort of boat for me, slow.. cumbersome.. semi-displacement (and the boat) it's fun but a bit too hectic in speedboats, so i may try the broads, just to get a balance. so may see ya sooner than you think (are ya scared now?!)

the next one is at newtown creek IOW. but if iv'e not got my boat i'm not going!

still see ya all soon, regards, steve.

Wasn't my fault, I wern't driving!! But your face was a picture!!/forums/images/icons/smile.gif Come to think of it, so was Cols!

i can imagine!!

i see the post police have pulled the last outing post... should have had a side bet with ya!

good weekend, look forward to the next one, cheers barry..

Thanks Barry, I thought it was only raggies that went along leaning over at 45deg angles<BG>
Thanks to everone for an enjoyable W/E.
I "high tailed" it back to Hamble after our Sunday spin out, I hoped to beat the promised rain, and I did! There's a first!

Roll on the next event, hopefully if the weather warms up, some of the fairweather mob might come (JB/forums/images/icons/wink.gif) and people claiming boat not working (BS/forums/images/icons/wink.gif)
Only joking fellas, know you'd have been there if you could.

Good gawd, this could even become a regular event.
