Noticed the discussion elsewhere about the Kyles of Bute. There's the East Kyle, and, the West Kyle. So which one's the Kerry Kyle? Or have I picked up some faint resonance from the past? Childhood? Or was it just a figment of the imagination?

Also, how many ears did Davie Crockett have?

Can't help with Davie Crockett's ears unfortunately, but the Kerry Kyle is the 'small' Kyle. Which is the west kyle.

The Kerry kyle goes from about Auchenlochan to Ardlamont.

Hope this helps.

My Canadian cousins tell me that Davy Crockett figures somewhere in our family tree.
