The horrible East Coast of Ireland

How do you both keep your lovely hair looking so well? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Just to save you from this terrible fate /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Leaving Malahide Estuary (North County Dublin).

1st anchorage is The Baily, north side of Dublin Bay.

Pics with skier shows the width of Dublin Bay, looking South.

Overnight anchorage is Saltpan Bay, North coast of Lambay Island.

All within 10 miles of my home berth.

I keep a lid on it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You should do the same /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Yeah. Very nice. I think we have seen that bay before, only last time you touched the cliff.

I think we had more fun under Kawasaki's command.

I don't believe I just said that. But loyalty is loyalty.

SV, it looks like a stunning cruising grounds mate. All the boats look fair tidy n all. Not jealous at all. Honest. True as im sat here riding this bike.

Mick, fantastic pictures!

Are you sure that's the East Coast, it didn't look like that when we visited last month!

Nice to see Andrews boat close up, looks great.

[/ QUOTE ] You only ever stay any place for three minutes, so I'm not surprised you don't remember them. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Serves you right! You`ve only yourself to blame. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

and all this was of course whilst we were bringing in the "Great Escape" in pouring rain in the rather chilly and wet bay of Alcudia in majorca. We have arrived back in the UK to the rain, just in time to see windguru predict zero winds for teh next week in majorca...sigh....

Hi Martyn,

Poor weather forecast here this weekend so we are abandoning ship for Pto Banus /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Don't look at the forecast down there - I'll only make you mad /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

It's what we like to call the luck of the Irish /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Thursday race night it is very crowded and at weekends. Cork coast is the place to visit in Ireland /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Cork is the centre of boating activity in Ireland, and that's an admission from a Kerry originated gene /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
