It doesn't say commercial so I suspect they are after the leisure market.looks like it's a self adhesive base layer (from mactac) with foul release top layer (from PPG) aimed at the commercial market.

This reminds me, after doing some vinyl wrapping on my car last year i wondered if it would stick under water and provide any foul release properties so I wrapped a bit of plastic and hung it in the marina at the start of the year.....must go and see how it looks!!

I've also read that with interest. Nice results but not for me as the manufacturers recommend constant light maintenance which would be awkward on a larger boat, but a great report from you nonetheless.
