the feedback forum - where is it?

In my welcome message, it said " If you have any concerns or forum specific queries feel free to raise them in the Feedback section " but for the life of me I cannot see anything labelled Feedback Section. Is this a Catch 22 approach, perhaps inspired by HMG?

So it is catch 22 after all! If I click on that link I get "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action. ". So much for " " If you have any concerns or forum specific queries feel free to raise them in the Feedback section "

You need to be logged in but otherwise I'm not aware of any limitations.

New member and they put limits on us until they know whether or not we eat peas off our knives, so to speak. But this one is a catch 22 for sure.
