Here is a bit from times newspaper article on 20 best secret beaches in the UK about Seagrove Bay on the IOW.

Seagrove Bay is tucked away, only accessible by foot through the pretty fishing village of Seaview.

Its secluded situation and the Edwardian villas just inland make it reminiscent of an England long gone. The views are spectacular, not only for the bright blue water of the Solent, but for the 19th-century St Helen’s Fort, which sits just offshore. This is the place to find real peace and tranquillity.

Firstly the bright blue water of the Solent Are they in the same but of sea I go on regularly?

Secondly, I have never been there, is it as nice as they say?

I've got pictures of swimming in the bays around the isle of wight, possibly some at sea view and the water in some are very blue.

I'll post some over the weekend.

Well, let me see......

I'd say those photos were either taken on the Brambles Bank or [checks your location] maybe somewhere in the Caribbean perhaps!

It's a bit like Newtown - it was nice until it got "discovered" through articles like this. Now it is always full of boats.

Flippin' Journos! I might give it a try one weekend though if only to see if the water is bright and blue.
