I'm sure we are all getting a sense of excitement after a long winter....thought I'd share a wee clip of my wee boats first start up of the season. Missed the noise of her.

Niiice...! I love the sound of V8s on straight exhausts.
But by "big" you don't mean big block, or do you?
Judging by the sound and the outdrive, I would think it's either a 5.0 or 5.7 - still a lot of power for the boat anyhow, she must be fast! :encouragement:

5.0 MPI with a cam.
Big for that wee boat though, haha.
Pushing the Alpha 1 drive to max capacity. Wouldn't dare open her up from a standstill. Might be disasterous !
A good blend of economy and power.
