Has anyone got any suggestions?

Scenario - Last night you deided to go for a midnight sail and changed your sails a few times. Hank on sails too.

Cheers in advance

I like the sealskinz gloves as they are waterproof, relatively thin and I use them on a wide range of outdoor activities including sailing, biking and walking where you are often using your hands. This weekend I was mainly strapping a RS tera dinghy to the car roof and helping my youngster rig it with them on, its slower than no gloves but if your reasonably dextrous they work fine.

I use this type

For low season sailing particularly when it's cold and wet I like 2mm neoprene gloves as worn by windsurfers - not the prebent type though. You can undo knots with these on.For colder weather I would change to these to do the job.

I find Hand warmers work wonders.

Gloves off, do the work. gloves on then plunge your hands into a pocked with a handwarmer - bliss.

my hands get cold in Seal Skinz. I like these woollen gloves. Pull them off for work, back on afterwards. And becasuse they're wool, even when wet they keep hands warm.

I am looking for a glove that is waterproof, it should work with a drysuit to provide total wateproof protection.

Think Merigolds with a warm liner and a seal for your wrist, with touch technology.
