Just finished reading Michael Green's 'The Art of Coarse Sailing'. It's nearly fifty years old (as am I and my boat isn't far behind either), but I think its humour holds up well and well worth a read if you come across a copy in a second hand bookshop.

I prefer the Art of Course Cruising from the same author, wondeful stuff - truly he writes from experience and I can claim to have experienced many of the calamities and crises that he went through in my early sailing days on the East Coast.
