Our once a year race is postponed til next Sunday, so instead an impromptu round the cans race was held in the roads. My crew elected to stay at home so I went out on my own, less weight aboard.
Conditions were exhilarating and it was a blast, I got a flyer from the line and lead all the way, the nearest competition capsized and I had it in the bag or so I thought. I was in the final stages of the final lap when a shroud parted and the mast came down, oh bother thought I /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif, race over.
Now got to get it fixed by next Sunday good job its only the little'un that I was out in (hobie 14).
