...........400 metres downstream of St Katherines.

Good afternoon

We are off to Ramsgate for the weekend . Should I re-fuel with the expensive stuff at the marina or should I go with the cheap stuff from the river.

Anybody here ever been brave enough to take fuel from the monstrosity? If so did you end up paying for quality diesel or did you fill-up with nothing more than a couple of hundred gallons of water? And what about those critters - did they throw any of those into your fuel system for free?

Any advice on filling up from this thing would be appreciated.

Have used said barge with no ill affects. He does supply lots of commercial boats so guess he has a high turnover which must be a good thing. Oh and very reasonably priced too if I remember correctly. Cheaper than the one upstream of St Kats.
