I would like to say a big thank you to the MOBO "Alpha" who, on saturday, had the courtesy to slow right down between Calshot Spit and Bourne Gap, when he could see that several of us raggies were goose-winged with not much wind.
He was from a sea school - sorry but I didn't get the name -
more people should take lessons from him. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

While I'm the first to rant and abuse stinkies who blast past, I have to agree with this.

Most go by at a reasonable distance, some visibly altering course to do so. Quite a few slow down to go past when it's not practicable to stay away.

It happened to me on Saturday too, so a big rasberry to the prat that went past just off or barely on the plane 20m away, and a big thank you to all the others who were more considerate, especially as I had an elderly passenger with very limited mobility on board.
