Hi Martin ...... yep that was us !!!!.....re."water space", for me, 10 knts is a bit of an awkward speed as TM wanders n wallows when in that size of swell hence we were going slow 6.5 knts... and i felt we were "in the way", not the other way round......anyway NO PROBS.....we had only come to Poole as a "ride out" from Hamble, snapped and dribbled over the "sunnys" then retraced our steps back to mercury.. got back at 18.30...GREAT RIDE OUT ..i was quite surprised just how empty Christchurch Bay was......The ride through the needles channel was a gooden outbound as we had 3.9 free knts and 1.5 on the return.....thanks a ton for the pic.... regards Steve..

You picked what must of been the best day of the year for your away day.

We went around into Studland bay and had a fantastic evening with a beautiful sunset west with a full moon showing at the same time to the east.
