I started a new post to say thanks because I thought it might get lost on the other thread.

It has been really helpful to get your comments and feedback, on both the website, and the boats - I appreciate the PM's to keep some of the questions of the forum where they might be deemed as commercial.

So, thanks once again - the forum is great as usual!

the way you exploit the forum makes me sick, anyway at least you have set the bench mark so everyone else can do the same. but don't come out with all the crap as if you are trying not to be commercial because you blatantly are, you could pm people and give them the web site details to check out, there is NO NEED to exploit the forum, i hope it all gets taken off asap.

if you did speak to a moderator then more the fool them for letting you get away with such exploitation, but we are no fools and see the piss being taken big time. so don't even bother replying with some sly comments trying to wriggle and squirm out of it, you are plainly exploiting a non commercial forum, you are dragging it down with this and it doesn't wash with me or a lot of others so don't think you are getting away with it thinking we are stupid or you are clever

You only ever contribute to have ago at this one user.
What the hell has he done to you?

In fact, why don't you ever contribute anything huh? All you do is snipe and bitch a winge.

You are a horrible, nasty peice of work who does absolutley nothing for this forum. Or are you in fact someone who knows Jez off the forum and you have a personal axe to grind? Choosing to hide behind the anominity the forum gives you?

Since you first reared you head all but a handful of posts have been vindictive.

Please do us a favour and go away.

Agreed. Lou seems to have several chips on his shoulders. Maybe he's the sort of warped personality who gets his kicks slagging people off

Having spent the time to re-read your previous posts, I cant see why you bother turning up here. All you do is attack established posters. You havent made a valid contribution in the 3 months you have been here.

I dont believe the post was commercial, I am fairly sure that the majority of the forum has known about Jez's side line for longer than you have been registered.

I think it is (what I hope) the start of a long established marine business that listens and reacts to feedback from potential customers.

My view is that even if the post was commercial-great!! These forums are enhanced by the visits of the more enlightened professionals of the marine industry(As long as they contribute not just turn up to flog dodgy electricals from HK /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif. )The more marina managers, boat importers and engineers etc that we get on here, the better the quality of posts and depth of knowledge on these forums.

Yes indeed. Jez has been a regular contributor on here for some time, and has always been very quick to offer help or advice to others when needed. Thankfully Keith is a wise man who uses common sense, and if and when he feels that the commercial line has been crossed, a quiet word is usually all that's required to restore order. Best of luck with your venture Jez. Great looking boats.

1971Lou, you are a Twat, and you are on "Ignore".

Consider yourself privileged in the sense that you're the first and only person that I have ever used this function on.

That is in fact very true , the unofficial moderators make it harder for Keith and Dan to do their jobs by kicking up in the way this idiot seems to like doing . I've had my wrist slapped by Dan once ( very enjoyable ) for being over commercial , but at least we seem to have established now that , should I make any more changes to my site then it is accepted that I can ask for opinions on here without fear of attack by anyone of the same ilk as this , er , keep it nice , twit . All seems very fair to me

i agree, having more trade on here, but, rules are rules and they are here to be obeyed. what i don't like is the way people think they are smart and getting round it and thinking others are stupid and not seeing what they are up to, that is the problem. so abandon the commercial rules and all will be fine it will be a free market available to all, i am up for that but not the sneeky trying to get round it slimey commercial posters. how can trevara25 and others still have so many links in their signature its a farce rule and not being policed

as for those that dont obey the rules and supporters you are all as bad as each other, so i am not saying any more on the matter
