Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for Cindy and the team at Wilkinson's Sails in Faversham. The new stackpack is great; but more than that, the advice, help and knowledge that went into it and the reaching-sail recut was invaluable. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Glad to hear that... Cindy is high on my list for new sails when we can afford them for Phoenix.... the current (very very elderly) sails I was amused to discover, have a small 'made by Wilkinsons' badge on them, and I like the idea of the continuity..... plus I believe Cindy has some history with the boat, knowing a previous owner well..... and of course her superb reputation for cruising/liveabord sails!

We popped out for an hour today and the recut second hand sail was a champ. Cindy has some final mods planned for the innovative halyard/forestay she invented. It's a great improvement on what we've got and I'm getting a bit addicted to using a variety of sails rather than the one size doesn't fit all Genoa concept.

A bonus was we had a tricky exit from the berth and with Roger on JB we were able to blot out his comments with the sound of a bow thruster lashing the water to a foaming maelstrom.

The bow thruster was truly frugal unlike most benjenbav skippers :encouragement:
