On 14th Dec I ordered a bunch of stuff for my NTM including a Fusion Stereo set up (over £400 all together... and they still charged postage? Sheesh!
)
Anyhoo...It all arrived via courier on 18th but on opening it all up I found that the front of the stereo unit was damaged. Not seriously, but scratched up enough that I was not happy to accept it.
One 'no quibble' phone call to Jimmy Green later and the unit was on its way back to them and a replacement was on its way to me. It just arrived. In perfect condition.
So well done folks... good service.
Now if you could just consider offering free delivery on large orders...
