No connection but a customer:

Ordered 3 polished stainless skin fittings and got their email confirmation.

Waited a few days and received... an empty plastic bag!

The bag had been ripped open somewhere in the universe between the Royal Mail and it's Danish equivalent. It had been resealed with a postal tape stating this.
A call to the mail's customer service resulted in "Sorry, can't help". Actually didn't even try...

A quick phone call to ASAP sorted all out as they without further questions dispatched three new fittings - and offered to send them by courier as not for the RM to repeat their doing. All at no charge!

Now that is what I call good service :)
 
I agree. I've used them several times this year and they have been excellent. They're my first and only port of call for many items
 
I have bought loads from ASAP and not only do I get fantastic service, they give a discount which seems to get better the more you buy. I have now bought so much they are paying me to take stuff from them. Actually that last part is not true.
 
I'm also a new customer with ASAP. It's been SO refreshing to find a UK company that still knows all about customer service. I shall now be switching from the other two companies I use, staying with ASAP for everything i can!
