Thames Visitor Moorings

Is anyone else having trouble with the Thames Visitor Moorings website?
I had previously registered (on home pc), and when I tried to use it over the weekend to let them know I was mooring at Marlow lock, it wouldn't let me log in. Then had to try several times to ring up and let them know, but phone signal was bad so was a pain trying to explain who I was and where I was.

The idea behind the system seems good, but I just cant get it to work. I have emailed them and they are looking into it, but just wondered if anyone else is having problems, or even bothering to register.

Worked fine for me at Goring. Mind you i think i was the only one clocking in.

I used it on the Royal Wedding weekend with no problem at all (coincidentally also at Marlow lock). Don't suppose it wasn't working because of your poor phone signal?

Been a happy user of it since it launched - once registered it's very simple to use. Admittedly only used it about five times.

Just checked on computer and phone - seems to work at the moment.

no it wont let me log on either on home pc, work pc or mobile (with full signal). I have even registered again using another email address (works) and it still wont let me log in.

Problem has been solved and sorted by Thames Visitor Moorings - so all good now
