Yes, these additional buoy have been in place awhile now.
The unlit “River View Buoy” - Off the Harrods Depository 100yds upstream of the headway board has very nearly caught several MOBO's.
I'm waiting for the night when someone comes by at 30Knots in the dark and ............ The RNLI come up and down past here at very break-neck speeds .
Whilst on this river stuff - I am increasing becoming hacked off with the coaching staff of rowers who bat about in metal boaty things with noisy outbaords shouting throu magaphones at 0600Hrs. Drives me nuts
