The Yearbook, which is a new initiative by the Committee that organsises the annual Thames Sailing Barge Match [which originated in 1863] is due to go to the printers on October 18. We're using "digital print on demand" so we will only print as many copies as we get orders for. The price? £4-95 inc. P&P for 200 pages with plenty of pics, maps, amazing ...!
So ... put aside those J Class yachts for a change and look at sailing barges - their Thames Match is the 2nd. oldest race in the world after the America's Cup!
