Thames A Rater called "SURF" (originally called "Sea Miaou") built 1908 linton Hope

Hello, my name is jim and I am new to the site,

I have recently bought a Negretti & Zambra Maritime weather forecaster which was awarded to Mr A E Lee's for winning a race on the Thames A Rater Class yacht "SURF"
The award says it was presented by H C TOWER but there is no date on it, the forecaster was made in 1915 but i think it was awarded sometime in the 1920s?

I have found some information about "SURF" and I am told that it still exists but no longer races the Thames, I would like to know if there are any historic records kept that could date when it was awarded or any information about Mr Lee's or who owns Her now.
