B - Vessel not under command

C - Vessel restricted in her ability to manoeuvre

D - Vessel at anchor

E - Sailing boat under power

D - Now this is interesting aspect!! Here we go, Dredger, restricted in ability to manoeuvre with onstruction to the starboard side and clear to pass to the right , making way ( best get out of the way, 'cause it's coming straight at me /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif) and likly to be over 50 metres?
