Tenerife Harbour Recomendations?

We want to sail to Tenerife from Las Palmas soon and then spend some days hiking from the coast to Pico de Teide.

1. Can anyone recommend nice, well priced and sheltered harbours?

2. Also whilst I'm here can you recommend decent anchorages in Tenerife as that is our preferred option when on board.

Have you watched this guy's videos? He stayed in the Canaries for quite a while.
This one is the passage from Las Palmas to Tenerife (Santa Cruz).

The next 10 or so videos cover Tenerife itself both by sea and land. He does anchor when he can.

He's an acquired taste but the videos are pretty short - less than 15mins ea and easy to skim through.

You might glean some info from them.
