Tender care

I am tarting up my old tender which is painted fiberglass. It needs a new coat. has anyone any advice on a suitable cheapo B&Q type paint to use? I don't really want to get into expensive two parters etc.

I apply Dulux Weathershield with a paint pad which looks good for three years at least.
