So, here is my little sensor ( amazingly cheap!) I want to use it while experimenting with my Peltier fridge. I would like to get the fridge to go off between certain set limits and there are ( as expected for the price) instructions to help me with this. Can anyone help please? ( You will see the lead going of to the probe and that is working as it should.)

Now ( hoping for 2 for the price of 1 advice !!) I have fitted a similar device which indicates my raw water temp ( the old alarm failed) I would like to add an alarm to that and hope for some advice as to how to achieve that.

Thanking you all in anticipation!!

About the same !! I will be using 12 volt supply and devices.
I am guessing ( and your diagram does help a tad!) that I have to pick up the power for my device at K1, somehow set a temperature using up/down/set and see what happens. I guess that the device could be my Peltier set up or an alarm.
Thanks for the diagram.

I keep upping my thread in the hope that one of our experts will help.
I have now connected my test kit according to the instructions. By pressing the various setting buttons I have set a temp a few degrees above room temp.
Currently my test light is on all the time and when I warm the sensor up above the set temp the display simply goes to a series of dashes while the test lamp just stays on.
Help!

Just in case its not immediately obvious, I would have placed a relay within the power circuit of the fridge (probably to the supplycable inline) which is then controlled by the signal coming from K0/1 - have you done that or are you connecting the fridge supply directly to the module (in which case I have a gut feeling it won't be working).

**Oh Edit **
I see the relay is on the board - my bad.

Further to my last, apologies for two pictures! Here are some instructions. Hope your Chinglish is better than mine! Does the relay open or close on rise or fall in temp. Contacts should be volt free so you should be able to check with a multi-meter on Ohms. I would think that from your description that you have not quite got the setting right.
Sorry can't be of more help.
How to use: Connect the power supply and the load, you can supply to the controller, Is displayed as a measured temperature, Press the SET button, the display flashes the temperature, Press - to set the desired temperature, After setting press SET to confirm return, The controller automatically performs the relay by setting off! Lights, LED status descriptions: Indicator: Off The relay is switched off, Always indicate the relay is closed.
