Teleflex side mount throttle Neutral button

I went to rev my engine in neutral and found the button to disengage the gears didn't really work.

I took the plastic cover off to reveal the metal disc on arm below..
.


This was loose in the housing but if pressed in did work, however the cover had to be off to actually make this work.

I assume I am missing an infill between the metal disc and the outer protective cover as there is approx 8mm gap between the cover and the disc..?

Can anyone direct me to the parts required please?

I have the ame control but not Volvo Penta

Mine has a white plastic pusher under the snap on cover. As shown below.

You could glue an a disc of plastic of aluminium 8 mm thick to increase the length.
