Teamac antifouling thinners No 17

I reckon it's basically white spirit. You could only use it for compatible antifoul. Most antifoul paint needs Thinners No 3.

I forgot to order the appropriate thinners and plan to antifoul tomorrow.
Does anyone know what this stuff actually is please? I have read the Coshh sheet, but it's unsurprisingly obscure:

If you read the safety data sheet you will find that it is mostly C9 aromatic hydrocarbons and some C9 to C11 aliphatic hydrocarbons

I don't know how you interpret that as " basically white spirit"

To me it probably means mostly trimethylbenzene and some white spirit
But I agree International Thinner no 3 may well be OK , at least as brush cleaner ( It is mostly white spirit with some trimethylbenzene)

I was considering the flash point data.
