Its time I need to replace my old lifejacket and stumbled on the new to me, Team O Marine...https://www.teamomarine.com/. From their website it appears an excellent product with the added advantage of towing somebody who has fallen overboard and still remains tethered face up rather than the usual face down, sailing a multihull this is an important advantage. Just wondering if anybody has any first hand experience of these lifejackets?

Peter.

I remember the launch, there is a HUGE BUT... you need to be pretty high on the Glasgow Coma Scale to pull the handle!

Thanks Sandy, yes I can see the limitations, in my case triggering the lifejacket and deploying the back tow. But I guess in a worst case situation and unable to find/reach the back tow strop I wouldn't be in any worse situation than with a standard lifejacket.

For me comfort and fit are the most important factors.

My Crewsaver 190N jackets are almost 5 years old and I will be looking to replace them in the next few years - I tried a Spinlock at the London Boat Show and got to manually inflate it and found a serious design flaw - the line was way too long and a 10 cm pull was more like 45 cm and my arms are not that long!
