teak swim platform needs lifting

I have a teak swim platform and the far corner nearest the edge water gathers either after use washdown or rain, I get the impression If I drilled a hole and put something under it to lift it this would cure the problem. Im sure it is not as easy as this as what would I put under it that would not damage when someone stands on it?

Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

Can't quite understand what it is you are trying to lift or why. If you drill a hole in the teak, or a half circle on the edge, won't the water drain off?

Is it a teak deck affair, or a teak grid, like a shower tray?

No its a swim platform but it has teak on it, its has a ledge round it the platform or just flush with the edge of the platform, so the teak has for some reason gone down in the corner and water sits there. If I drill a hole it will allow water up as well as down does that make sense
