Teak Oil Stains?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get teak oil stains off a white deck? After pressure washing my boat last week I was dismayed(!) to find it didnt remove a large teak oil stain that was on the deck where a previous owner had dropped the bottle!!

the two-part teak cleaner will remove this, and do a better job of cleaning teak. I would avoid pressure washing, which accentuates the grain too much by digging out the softer parts of the wood..

Teak Oil stain on GRP, presumably.
I would try Swarfega first and, if no success, 3M GRP restorer and wax (or very similar name).

duh, I didn't read the question! If your idea didn't work, try acetone, but on a small bit first .

Acetone on gelcoat

Take GREAT care using acetone on gelcoat. I was recommended to use it to remove the cellulose painted name on the transom, but with care. It's very easy to apply too much or rub too hard, dissolving the surface of the gelcoat leaving a permanent mark like I did. Suggest you try a bit on a less obvious portion of decking until you are happy with the technique. In my book, acetone is a last resort. You might want to try an enzyme cleaner like Skippers Choice (the Pink Stuff) or just plain biological washing powder - but again, test the latter in a hidden area first. Lastly, try mechanical removal, ie GRP T-Cut or International Gelcoat Cleaner. Ask International Technical Support for suggestions.
