the sikoflex beading started to lift between some parts of our teak decking over the last winter.
can i "re-do" the sikoflex or is it a £££££ and have to replace the teak ???

Depends on how well the teak is attached to the deck. Caulking coming out is usually the first thing that goes, together with maybe plugs coming loose if it is a screwed deck. Provided water has not got in and started to lift the teak, you can make good by raking out all the old caulking, cleaning the seam and re-caulking. Depending on the caulking you use you will probably have to prime the seam and apply a breaker tape to the bottom. Tedious job and if you are doing a lot of seam you may well have to use mechanical means such as a Mulimaster or a router to remove the old caulk. Plugs can be replaced relatively easily, but you may find that the teak has worn and the screw heads close to the surface.

Probably worth getting an opinion from a shipwright or surveyor as there are different types of deck construction which need different remedial techniques - although the basic principles are as desribed above.
