Thinking about previous post on subject....how do you tell if antifouling is wet if it is in water?

Also asked SWMBO to go and take look at prospective new purchase again in marina in South of France , she just phoned.

Apparently two 'fillers' , one says 'O' and other says 'Gas'....do not understand could this be LPG boat?

Look, it was a joke see. Antifoul is quickdrying but in the water see, er it'l be wet with water, geddit?. And the "O" haha. er... he is playing me up now i just know it...don't i?

Yes....although I'd prefer to think of it as a favour returned .... as in Anti-fouling ??
