Can anybody tell me if you are aloud in USA waters with TBT anti fouling on a 12 m yacht...

Allowed to no, not on any yacht no matter what size. Unless Trump gives permission of course
Some States out West wont even allow copper in AF.

Not allowed under international agreements anywhere in the world although there are still a few small manufacturers who make it for local markets. Unlikely that you will be found out in the USA but if you are expect to lose your boat. It will be impounded and treated as toxic until such time as the antifouling is removed in a safe manner - and nobody has licences to removed it anymore.
Unlikley you will be found out but bear in mind that TBT based antifoulings had much cleaner and brighter colours than current products so someone in the know would likely be able to spot it.

No and it's written on the tin somewhere "Not for use in USA waters'...... mind you it is great stuff and I had it on temptress it kept everything off until literally all wore off.

Thanks for the info.....the word here (Trinidad) is that it can't be applied in USA but no prohibition on foreign boats with it on already

Anybody in the Caribbean with good experience of any other product.....

Interestingly Island 44 is made in USA.

I would urge you not to use one country's legality as the basis of your antifoul choice if you share a concern about the medium on which we sail
