Tax ladies and L.O.A

Went to the tax office this morning(LUGO,Galicia) and discoverd that the law had changed and I could import an 8 mtr boat instead of a 7.5 metere boat,without paying tax.which entabled a pleasant discussion about seaworthyness of a slightly larger boat with a young tax official that considered 8 mtres really big.
