Just looking for a bit of help does anyone know how the steps into the saloon are removed to get to the aircon unit that serves the rear cabins ? I can't see any fixings but they seem reluctant to move ...

Now this may not help in the slightest.

On t40 the stairs pivot up and you unscrew the low panel to access

No idea about a t 52 but Fairline tend to follow similar designs.

Lift the carpet, undo the screws holding the base panel down then lift up and out. Then get the hoover ready!!!

The 43 we have just sold was like that the top part hinged and the lower part was held by clips, but on the 52 nothing hinges up but the bottom two steps feel like they will come out just can't find how there held in place !!!
