Targa 37 / Cranchi 39 Syndicate

Just testing the proverbial water at the moment, would anyone be interested in joining a 4 shares syndicate to buy and run a Targa 37 (or similar) in the Med (SofF or Balearics).

I would estimate the costs as follows:-

£120,000 purchase price (late 90's T37 or 2001 Cranchi) divided by 4 = £30,000
If you financed this via a second mortgage on your home the repayments would be about £100 per month each (interest only).

Ongoing costs:-

£4000 p.a. mooring
£1000 p.a. insurance
£2200 p.a. servicing (engines and antifouling)
Total £7200 divided by gives £150 per month each.

Total monthly cost per member £250.

Anyone interested?

One nibble at the worm already, obvious a man who knows a bargain when he sees one.

Cranchi already off the list due to the fact that it's only got 2 cabins. May also consider T34 or V40. Any further suggestions (please no Sealines)?
