Looking to dispose of 2 x 1987 TAMD61A (550Hrs). Does anyone know of companies that specialise in 'buying in' surplus engines?

Why?

Do we take it then, that you have decided NOT to get them repaired. That seems an expensive option. What have you decideded to replace them with? I am intrigued.

Nick if you are fitting more powerfull engines make sure you dont start chine riding the hull, I agree that newer engines are more compact, god you need it in a 414 hull, we reengined a broom 44 this year, the old 71 b were massive compared to the 75p that went in, you could actually change the port engine impeller without any fuss at all afterwards.
