Tamd 22 problem

Hi all got a strange one here , not long bought a boat with tamd 22 and sx drive , the engine in it had blown up again ,head gasket, the story is that engine has been rebuilt 3 times by 2 different engineers, do I bought the boat knowing this and I bought a replacement engine another tamd 22, all good fitted it and also replaced exhaust elbow as that was proper knackered, anyhow I been out on the boat today and all was fine oil pressure temp / no alarms ,but on approaching the harbour I lost power roughly 1500 rpm , got it to dock and went though the basics oil antifreeze, waste gate free etc temp gauge/ alarm all ok . I ran it and cracked of one injector at a time and the two rear cylinders are not running... This is the same two cylinders that went on the old engine!😥 Coincidence/ bad luck , known problem? Is there something I should be looking at on the sx drive ? Help !!!

I haven't pull the engine out as yet to pull the head off , coolant water still all there reckon it's gone between the two cylinders, gut feeling there something a miss with the raw water cooling even though dial stayed stable
