Good Morning all,

I am after a little help or contacts from any forum member again. I am from the UK charity Jubilee Sailing Trust, we own the two tall ships Lord nelson and Tenacious, who mission is to integrate able bodied and disabled people through tall ship sailing

Due to some last minute cancellations we have spaces on Lord Nelson sailing from Alicante to Barcelona, which leaves on the 6th May from Alicante and arrives on the 13th May 2006 in BArcelona.

The spaces are available for £120 You would need to arrange your own travel to and from the UK however the budget airlines are still selling flights for around £70 return inc Taxes.

The voyage will include all you food and drink, safety equipment and bed linen (duvets not Constrictor bags!).

All we ask for is a sense of fun and due to the nature of the charity the willing to work alongside disabled people, form a mixture of Wheelchair bound to Blind.

Should anyone be interested then please don't hesitate to contact myself at the trust on either Ian@jst.org.uk or 0870 443 5781.

If you require background on us then please just ask or visit the web site www.jst.org.uk

Many thanks

Ian

I had a couple of weeks on Lord Nelson last year and can highly recommend it, [especially at that price.] It can be hard work but experiencing a ship [barque] under sail is quite something.

Look forward to seeing the Lord Nelson come into Denia (again) in early May.

There I was, sat in a Marina de Denia bar last week, when in she came, and moored up on the fishers wharf. She was gone the following morning.

Local paper said problems with the sails and so repairs were necessary. People in the harbour were all enthralled with the ship and her crew - good luck to all on board.

Ditto.

Won't be able to take the time again myself but some of our disabled people might make it. I take it there won't be a no-wheelchair rule as there was for the Biscay crossing.
