I received this email via the web site dated 27th Dec. Curiouser and curiouser...... Anyone know what the former Boston No 7 looked like?

See that Buoy BOSTON No7 has been deleted:



It’s whereabouts is now in Norway where I photographed it yesterday 26/des.
I also got in the local newspaper (thanks to me) : [url]http://tb.no/nyheter/er-denne-fra-usa-1.8224312
Does anybody want it back?



Norwegian Coastguard has been notified. (kv-nornen.skipssjef@kystvakten.no ).

Attached is a Google Earth reference to the spot of it’s new home.

I spotted all the Edinburgh channel buoys on the sea wall of Ramsgate Harbour once. They were on their way to being scrapped. Wonder if this fell off a work ship (like Hookness) unnoticed?
