What a glorious day, the sort that makes me want to be on my boat..............but as it's 1000 miles away I had to settle for taking the dog for a walk on the riverbank.

To make it more interesting (for me anyway) I took my camera along to capture any activity on the river, my pics are not Lakesailer standard but I thought would post a few just to give a flavour of winter on the non tidal Ouse below York.

A lovely walk, the next best thing to being on the water is being by the water.

p.s Im sure I know that guy in the Regal speedboat.
 
I have just used the latest image enhancement software to zoom into the Regal. I knew that face was familiar. It's Dr Chris Steel off "This Morning".
