Tack Tick Instruments - cannot contact them

Agree, website working but phone engaged. Probably lots of forumites calling them to check if they're engaged or not. :D

Called BT for you and after selecting option 3,2,1,1,5,3,2,7,5,3,2,2,1, inputting the number then selecting 2,2,2,1,4,3,7,3,4,2,1 and 3 managed to find a human who has reported the fault.

''Thank you for calling BT''

I have now got into it, and filled in the support form, but it won't go, and wants a serial number. I don't know the number but have put something in the box, and now its frozen again!

There is a place on the site which shows you where to find the serial number.

I had a problem quite recently, sent in the support form with correct serial number, and had a helpful response quite quickly.

It is a bit awkward getting the serial number if your problem is with the masthead wind instrument though.

Fortunately mine wasn't, but the numbers are very small and in a dark corner of the hull needed a good torch and a magnifying glass.

Unfortunately the serial numbers are 2000 miles away.......

I will try a sales enquiry as that wont require a serial number!!!

You could try contacting whoever you got the Tacktick stuff from - some will keep records of serial numbers.

Came with the boat so don't know.

I have sent a sales request but the screen does not acknowledge receipt of the request - just a blank page with their logo! I hate bad web design.....
