Hello, I'm trying to contact Tiny Tach to know which model I have to buy for the Yanmar 2GM20F, but no answer came from their email addresses. Can you tell me if I can buy this from a reseller or if I have to wait that the factory answer my mails?
Has anyone there used this on my engine type?

I think you are expected to measure your own pipe diam to get the correct transducer model. There is a reseller of Tiny Tach in the UK- the Tiny-Tach site gives the requisite info:
