T200 sea carnival

any of the Portsmouth based forumites going in for the T200 sea carnival in Portsmouth harbour on 11th june, especially the several based at Wicor? I can`t decide whether good fun or the thought of getting loads of boats in procession through the small boat channel is madness and to be avoided!

We are thinking about it, may go if the weather looks good.
I suspect its going to be a pretty low key affair as I haven't heard much about it
