Similar happens in the Beaulieu river, just before the HM comes along shaking his collection box /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Jings, so ye'll have been to SpecSavers then? And did ye get a wee discount then?

Aye, Fair Maid, Wind of Gare, and La Cerise.

Re: \"Synchronised Anchor Lifting\"...

Turned out quite a nice day. We left at about 1000 and had a good sail down the West Kyle - Donald Beaton was going the other way, sans engine (which wouldn't have been needed anyway), hence the other thread. He's still not re-appeared on the Forum. Should I be worried? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

The bits of 6 didn't appear, and the wind dropped seriously south of Inchmarnock. We don't sail well in light winds so motored past Garroch Head (had crew to drop off in Ardrossan). Was a bit better further south. Best sailing was down the West Kyle and past Inchmarnock:

Nah, I've inadvertantly misled you with those bluidy brackets. We're back in Ardrossan, but had to motor near Garroch Head owing to time constraint - as crew needed to be returned to Ardrossan on Saturday evening.

But it was a bit better south of Garroch Head, and, ummmm, north of Ardrossan. I trust that this is now clear, and that I haven't totally mangled it up again. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Nice afternoon/evening though.
