I seem to remember about 4 to 5 hours - I can remember asking the distributors about this and never actually got a straight answer!

According to the manual:
Avoid overcharging. Charging times should be less than 48 hours.
Normal charging time should be 5-8 hours.
In reality tho I tend to leave mine on charge over night. I've found the battery lasts/holds charge better if you store it fully charged and top it up every once in a while.b
