What goes where? Haven't sailed the new to me Swift yet, but already confused about the rig.

Hardware on deck thus.

Single swivel pullys approx 18" to port and stbd from mast and slightly aft.
hefty 6" cleats in line about 3ft aft of pullys on cabin roof/deck. Assume these are for the Halyards?

Winches slightly out board of cleats.

There seems to be no provision for the Genoa/jib sheets, no fairleads? except Mounted on wedged shape patresses to the cabin bulkhead are jamming cleats.

Backstay, topping lift and kicking strap all fairly obvious, When the penny drops all will be obvious, but a guiding post from another swift owner would be welcome.

Thanks.

IMHO.... being a small boat owner and not a Swift owner...

Single swivel pulleys are for halyards to run through to winches, and thus cleats. Maybe winch up the halyards, and then hold them in tension while moving them to cleats.
Jamming cleats for sheets, as winch shouldnt be necessary on 18 footer for Genoa sheets. If you have transfered halyards off winches, could then be used for Genoa sheets?

Probably rubbish also.
